The electronic document management

Since version 1.6.0, paperless.lu offers you electronic document management (EDM), whether it concerns accounting documents or documents related to human resources management. More than just a simple secure data transfer tool, paperless.lu’s strength lies in its availability down to the individual employee level, combined with its archiving functionality.

  1. For EDM, it is now possible to reclassify documents from one category to another and from one employee to another.
  2. You will now also be able to create categories that are hidden from your customers if you only want to use them for internal purposes.
  3. For categories using the replacement value, it supports the selection of the previous and next year’s values, so when uploading a document, the user can choose the years 2020, 2021 or 2022 according to his or her needs.
  4. To facilitate the management of document names, you can now also rename files independently of the category in which they have been uploaded.

Notifications

In order to improve the flow of information, we have also focused on the management of e-mail notifications.

For outgoing e-mails (new user accounts, notification of the availability of salary slips, etc.) you can now choose the signature to be used in the e-mails and the address used to reply to these e-mails. Decide on a case-by-case basis (according to your customers’ preferences) whether you display your company’s information or that of your customers.

Finally, you have the option of notifying by e-mail of updates (corrections or other) to employee pay slips and certificates.

Export to SM3

It is now possible to automate the export of certain employee data to Softkis SM3. Basic information, such as account number, address, status, date of entry, gross salary, contract type, and many more can be entered directly into paperless.lu by your customers and imported into SM3.

Take advantage of this to allow your customers to create new employees on paperless.lu and to avoid e-mails or phone calls. Once the new employee has been added, using the EDM functionality, you or your client can also add employment contracts, tax forms and much more.
